Q:I am having difficulty ordering online. What can I do? 

A:Either phone, fax or email your order and we can assist you.

Q:I don’t have a credit card. What other options can I use for payment? 

A:Electronic transfer, Direct Deposit, Cash, Bank Cheque or Money Order, simply contact us to organize alternative payment. We will contact you via email or telephone to organize the completion of your order.

Q:Do I have to pay GST? (Australian Goods & Services Tax) 

A:All products/goods sold in Australia are subject to GST, which is included in quoted prices.

Q:Can I exchange/refund items?

A:Provided the goods have not been fitted or altered and are with the original packaging, they can be exchanged or refunded, but a restocking fee applies. 


Q:How do I work out the size of my truck bed?

A:Measure from the inside of the bulkhead to the inside of the tailgate.

Q:How do I work out the size of my wheels?

A:Measure from the point the tyre mounts onto the rim to the opposite side of the wheel.

Q:How do I measure the stud pattern of my wheels? 

A:Measure the imaginary circle diameter which passes through the centre of the wheel studs and note the number of the studs. 


Q:When can I expect delivery of my order?

A:Depending on location within Australia, most places delivery will be within 3-4 days.  Email confirmation of Delivery will advise you, when dispatched.

Q:Do I have to pay import duty/customs taxes? 

A:No, these taxes have been paid and are included in the prices quoted.


Q:Are my goods covered by a Manufacturers Warranty?

A:Yes, provided the goods are returned to us and have not been tampered with, and also complies with the Manufacturers conditions.
